Job Title: Client Servicing Executive / Manager (Events Division) About the Role:

Were looking for a proactive and organized Client Servicing professional to manage multiple event projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take client briefs, create and present event proposals, and follow up within timelines.
• Collaborate with

  events and production teams

  for smooth project execution.
• Finalize artists, show flow, and ensure all deliverables are completed before deadlines.
• Maintain client communication and account closure within set timelines.
• Conduct

  on-site briefings

• Coordinate with the design and social media teams for post-event content.

Requirements:

• Graduate in

  Event Management / Marketing / Communication

  or equivalent.

• 25 years

  of experience in client servicing or events.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
