Role Overview
The Client Servicing / Account Manager is the key link between the agency and its clients. They ensure smooth communication, timely delivery of services, and maintain client satisfaction by translating client needs into actionable strategies for internal teams.|
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
· Understand client requirements, brand objectives, and translate them into detailed briefs.
· Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure project execution.
· Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are on track.
· Prepare regular reports and updates for clients on campaign performance.
· Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest improvements or upsell services.
· Handle client feedback and resolve issues quickly with professionalism.
· Maintain long-term client relationships through trust and reliability.
