Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our brand’s online presence, create engaging content, and drive meaningful audience engagement. The role involves strategizing, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns to build brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow brand presence across all social media platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely responses to comments and messages.
  • Track engagement metrics and analyze insights to enhance performance.

2. Content Creation

  • Develop and curate visually appealing and engaging content aligned with brand voice.
  • Plan monthly content calendars covering themes, topics, and posting timelines.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics.

3. Community Engagement

  • Build strong connections with followers through interactive posts, contests, and campaigns.
  • Encourage user-generated content and participate in relevant trends and conversations.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partner brands to extend reach.

4. Ad Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns across social media channels.
  • Define campaign objectives, targeting, and budgets.
  • Track performance, optimize for results, and report ROI.

5. Lead Generation

  • Implement and manage strategies to capture leads via social platforms.
  • Track lead acquisition metrics and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness in driving conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of content trends, community building, and campaign management.
  • Basic knowledge of paid media and lead generation strategies is a plus.
