Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to refine designs. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure brand consistency. Graphic & Visual Design Conceptualize and design marketing creatives, social media assets, presentations, infographics, and branding material. Develop creative visuals that align with brand identity and communication goals. Ensure high-quality design output that works across digital and print platforms. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design goals with business objectives. Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction where needed. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 8 years in UI/UX and graphic design roles. Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and creative graphic design work. Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (motion graphics a plus). UX Knowledge: Deep understanding of design thinking, user research, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
