Job Description: Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer (8+ Years Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Graphic Designer with 8+ years of expertise in crafting intuitive digital experiences and impactful visual designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user-centered design, branding, and creative storytelling, with the ability to translate complex requirements into engaging user interfaces and visually appealing graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design
• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to refine designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure brand consistency.
• Graphic & Visual Design
• Conceptualize and design marketing creatives, social media assets, presentations, infographics, and branding material.
• Develop creative visuals that align with brand identity and communication goals.
• Ensure high-quality design output that works across digital and print platforms.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design goals with business objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction where needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in UI/UX and graphic design roles.
• Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and creative graphic design work.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (motion graphics a plus).
• UX Knowledge: Deep understanding of design thinking, user research, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Creativity & Branding: Ability to create visually compelling designs that communicate brand stories effectively.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
