Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Female Anchor & Content Creator who can not only host engaging talk shows and podcasts but also ideate and produce compelling content for social media. You’ll be the face and voice of our digital brand, responsible for creating videos, interviews, reels, and short-form content that connects with our online audience.

Key Responsibilities:Anchoring & Hosting:

• Host and moderate podcasts, talk shows, and interviews for digital platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, etc.).
• Engage guests and audiences with thoughtful questions, clear articulation, and a warm, energetic presence.
• Work closely with writers and producers to develop show formats and scripts.

Content Creation:

• Create short-form video content (e.g. reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) around trending topics, behind-the-scenes, challenges, or skits.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to pitch content ideas that drive views, shares, and engagement.
• Write basic scripts, captions, and storyboards for social media content.
• Shoot and edit content when necessary (basic video editing skills are a plus).

Social Media & Brand Presence:

• Be active and visible across social platforms representing the brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaigns and audience targeting.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm updates.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a host, presenter, or digital content creator.
• Strong camera presence and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute content independently.
• Comfortable with both formal and casual presentation styles.
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and podcast platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight content deadlines.
• Basic understanding of video editing and content planning tools is a plus (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in influencer marketing or personal branding.
• Bilingual or regional language proficiency (based on target audience).
• Background in journalism, media, or communications is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,080.98 - ₹25,000.00 per month
