Role & responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audience. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Manage community interactions and foster engagement with followers. Preferred candidate profile- Proven experience in social media management (1-3 years) but we can work with an enthusiastic intern too Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, platform insights). Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
