The Head – Client Servicing will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. The role demands someone who can independently handle clients, pitch creative ideas, negotiate effectively, and close deals without supervision. The ideal candidate should be articulate, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event objectives and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Manage the entire client servicing cycle — from briefing, proposal creation, budgeting, and pitching to final event delivery.
Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to develop tailored event solutions.
Independently close deals through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate and supervise all aspects of event execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Anticipate client needs, identify potential challenges, and provide proactive solutions.
Prepare and maintain detailed client reports, feedback, and documentation.
Represent the agency in client meetings, presentations, and post-event reviews.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluency in English is mandatory).
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Proven experience in handling corporate clients and brand activations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of event production, design, and vendor coordination.
Team player with leadership qualities and a client-first mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and basic budgeting tools.
