As a Client Servicing Manager, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients. You'll manage key brand relationships, oversee campaign execution, and collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure the work not only meets but exceeds expectations.
-Lead and manage relationships with senior clients across FMCG, lifestyle, and consumer brands
-Understand client objectives and briefs deeply and translate them into actionable strategies for creative and media teams
-Collaborate with the internal team to deliver integrated solutions
-Proactively identify opportunities for business growth, new campaign ideas, and cross-sell opportunities
-Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and proactive problem-solving
-Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural shifts to keep clients future-ready
-3-5 years of experience in account management / client servicing (agency side experience preferred)
-Strong understanding of integrated marketing (creative, digital, social, influencer, and production)
-Proven ability to manage large accounts, multiple stakeholders, escalations and complex campaign timelines
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-A solutions-first mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
-Leadership skills-able to manage, motivate, and grow
