Client Servicing Manager

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing professional to manage key client accounts, ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and deliver exceptional service experiences. The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship management, coordination, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally

• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets

• Prepare reports, presentations, and regular client updates

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong client relationship management abilities

• Good understanding of marketing/advertising/business processes

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

• Prior experience in client servicing or account management preferred
