Client Servicing Manager

1. Client Relationship Management & Business Development Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients for day-to-day communication. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients across sectors. Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams. Ensure client feedback is captured and acted upon promptly. 2. Project Coordination & Execution Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of client requests and campaigns. Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure client satisfaction. Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. 3. Communication & Presentation Support Prepare client-facing documents, presentations, and reports with clarity and professionalism. Assist in the development of client proposals, case studies, and performance reviews. Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone, positioning, and value proposition. 4. Issue Resolution & Quality Control Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve them before they impact the client experience. Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while keeping the client informed.
