Senior Account Executive

Maintain books of accounts, reconcile bank statements, manage vendor & client invoices, expense claims and petty cash. Full ownership of migration: map COA (chart of accounts), prepare migration templates from Tally, import and validate opening balances and historical entries in Zoho Books. Configure Zoho Books: Chart of Accounts, GST settings, tax details, customer/vendor master, invoice templates, recurring invoices, approvals, automations, and integrations (e.g., Zoho CRM / payment gateways) where needed. Ensure statutory compliance: GST, TDS, monthly/quarterly filings coordination with external CA. Create SOPs for accounting workflows in Zoho Books and train the accounts/ops team. Troubleshoot migration issues; maintain migration logs and a roll-back plan. Provide weekly migration progress reports, deliver migration checklist and go-live sign-off.
