About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, financial planning, statutory compliance, and audits for multiple group companies.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Accounting, Tally, GST/TDS compliances, and the ability to effectively lead a small accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing in Tally
• Prepare MIS reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Projections
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory filings independently
• Lead & supervise a team of 2–3 accountants
• Review and approve e-commerce reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Review ledgers, bank reconciliations, invoices, and financial records
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for management

Skills Required

• Strong accounting & taxation knowledge
• Expertise in Tally and MS Excel
• Team management & leadership skills
• High accuracy, responsibility & integrity
• Strong analytical & problem-solving ability

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA (preferred)
• Experience with multi-company accounting is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
