Role: Client Servicing Lead

Location: On-site (Chembur, Mumbai)

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients
• Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and performance
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative and media briefs

Project & Campaign Management

• Oversee end-to-end execution of projects from brief to delivery
• Ensure seamless coordination between creative, design, production, and strategy teams
• Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations efficiently
• Conduct quality checks and ensure brand consistency across deliverables

Strategic Thinking & Growth

• Identify new opportunities for client growth and cross-sell agency capabilities
• Present insights, campaign performance reports, and industry trends to clients
• Collaborate with strategy teams to pitch new campaign ideas or innovations

Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality output
• Conduct internal reviews to ensure deliverables are aligned with briefs and timelines
• Foster a proactive, collaborative culture within the account management team
