**Job Description:** As a Client Servicing Lead, your role will involve leading and managing the Shared Service Centre team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing onboarding, compliance, and lifecycle management for contingent workforce clients. You will also be tasked with managing recognition initiatives that highlight outstanding performance and contributions, fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition through regular reward programs, team-building events, and internal awards.
