Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition:Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.Assist in building and maintaining a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. HR Operations:Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinate and manage leave schedules and attendance tracking.Support HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates. Employee Engagement & Relations:Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including planning internal events and activities.Address basic employee queries and direct complex concerns to the relevant stakeholders.
