Junior HR Operations Executive

Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition:Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.Assist in building and maintaining a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. HR Operations:Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinate and manage leave schedules and attendance tracking.Support HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates. Employee Engagement & Relations:Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including planning internal events and activities.Address basic employee queries and direct complex concerns to the relevant stakeholders. Performance Management Support:Assist in the performance review process, including data collation and follow-ups.Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development sessions. Operations & Administration:Support day-to-day office operations and logistics coordination.Liaise with vendors and assist in facilities management when required.
