Job Title: Client Servicing Lead – Digital, Communication & Creative Location: Bangalore Experience: 6–8 Years Industry: Advertising, Digital & Creative Communications About The Role We are looking for a Client Servicing Lead who lives and breathes digital, communication, and creative strategy . Someone with deep experience in managing brand communications , leading digital-first campaigns, and partnering with creative teams to craft compelling narratives. If you're street smart, proactive, and a natural relationship builder who can handle pressure while ensuring flawless execution, this role is made for you. You will be the anchor between the client and the agency , ensuring delivery is not just on time and on brief, but also exceptional. Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with senior-level clients across industries. Act as the single point of contact for all communication and creative requirements. Communication Strategy: Understand the brand’s tone, messaging, and market position to collaborate effectively with strategy and creative teams. Provide input that sharpens briefs and elevates output. Creative Servicing: Work closely with creative teams to ensure ideas align with client expectations, brand objectives, and timelines. Translate client feedback into actionable directions without losing the creative essence. Digital Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns including social media, video, influencer, and performance campaigns. Stay on top of market trends and emerging digital tools. Operational Ownership: Ensure seamless project delivery – from kick-off to post-launch – by managing internal workflows, client approvals, and delivery schedules. Problem-Solving & Escalation Handling: Anticipate roadblocks, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high service standards throughout. Upselling & Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pitch relevant services and ideas proactively. What We're Looking For 6–8 years of experience in client servicing with strong exposure to digital, communication, and creative campaign management – preferably in a reputed advertising/digital agency in India. Proven track record of managing large clients and creative-led projects across sectors. Deep understanding of digital platforms, brand communication, and campaign lifecycles. Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation – with the ability to simplify the complex. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
