Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Senior Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking across social platforms for key brand. The ideal candidate should bring a blend of strategic thinking, content savviness, and platform knowledge to drive meaningful engagement. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute social media content calendars for multiple brands across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Collaborate with design, copy, and account teams to develop engaging posts, campaigns, and real-time content. Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner. Track social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Creator Studio, Sprout, etc.) and share regular reports with insights and recommendations. Support in influencer identification, outreach, and coordination for social media campaigns. Stay updated on social trends, memes, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy and content tweaks. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients for approvals, feedback, and timely deliveries. Key Requirements 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a creative/digital/advertising agency managing social media for brands. Strong understanding of platform nuances, content formats, audience behavior, and tone of voice. Proficiency in using publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative flair with an eye for detail and design sensibility (basic Canva or Photoshop knowledge is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications Graduate in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields. Certifications in social media management or digital marketing are a bonus.
