Job title: Manager Department: Client Servicing, Enago Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai Shift : General (IST) Key Responsibilities: Oversee Client Servicing Operations – Manage the overall client servicing function, ensuring seamless business operations across multiple international markets. Monitor Team Performance & KPIs – Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the client servicing team to drive efficiency, responsiveness, and service quality. Strategic Collaboration – Work closely with the Operations, Project Management, and Marketing teams to enhance service delivery, client engagement, and business outcomes. Process Optimization & Efficiency – Identify gaps in client servicing workflows, implement improvements, and standardize best practices to enhance operational excellence. Cross-functional Communication – Represent the client servicing team in leadership discussions, strategy meetings, and internal reviews to align business objectives with customer expectations. Stakeholder Management – Act as the key liaison between client servicing, senior management, and other business units to ensure client needs are met and escalations are handled effectively. Training & Development – Mentor and guide the client servicing team, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and adherence to service excellence standards. Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze performance reports, customer feedback, and service metrics to drive data-backed improvements in client servicing operations. Drive Business Growth – Support initiatives aimed at increasing client retention, optimizing service strategies, and improving customer satisfaction.
