Client Services Associate

As an Associate Client Partner, your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will support the Client Partner in managing day-to-day communication and project updates, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, conducting market research, and preparing client engagement materials. Your responsibilities will also include tracking client feedback, maintaining client records, and participating in client calls and meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Support the Client Partner in managing day-to-day communication and project updates. - Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Operations, Delivery) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. - Conduct market research and client mapping to support business development initiatives. - Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials. - Track client feedback and assist in improving service quality. - Maintain up-to-date client records and follow up on action items. - Participate in client calls, meetings, and follow-ups as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). - Good understanding of client relationship management and service delivery. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with a strong sense of accountability. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a growth mindset.,
