Client Services Associate

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in support and client servicing
• Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Communication to effectively address inquiries and provide resolutions
• Basic understanding of Finance processes to support related tasks as needed
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus
