🧾 Job Description – Client Relationship Executive Company: Asia Dental Location: New Delhi (Head Office) Department: Operations & Client Management Reporting To: Abhishek Anand (Business Operations Manager) Type: Full-Time | On-Site 🎯 Role Objective: To strengthen client relationships and ensure smooth coordination between purchase, dispatch, and operations teams — supporting business growth through professional communication, timely follow-ups, and efficient data management. The role combines operational discipline, client communication, and growth mindset under direct supervision of the Business Operations Manager. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact for clients regarding quotations, orders, and dispatch updates. Coordinate internally with Purchase, Inventory, and Dispatch teams to ensure on-time order execution. Maintain and update quotation/follow-up sheets daily in Excel or Google Sheets. Manage WhatsApp, email, and phone communication with clients for updates and relationship management. Assist in preparing quotations, pricing summaries, and daily MIS reports. Support sales coordination by tracking pending quotations and follow-up conversions. Maintain proper digital documentation on Google Drive (quotations, invoices, follow-ups, etc.). Share daily and weekly status reports directly with the Business Operations Manager.
