Job Overview:

The CRE will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions, supporting the implementation and adoption of our Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) software, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their journey with our software solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

A bachelors degree in healthcare management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional certifications in healthcare management systems, software training, or customer service is a plus.

2. Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of healthcare software and information systems.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Customer Relationship Management) and ticketing systems.
Familiarity with hospital workflows, patient management systems, and medical data processing.
