Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
25 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT depending on requirement).
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
