About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and smart Business Development Executive to join our growing HIMS product team. This role demands a person who is proactive, presentable, a great communicator, and relationship-builder , with a passion for healthcare technology and business growth. If you're someone who can think on your feet, read the room, and turn conversations into opportunities , we want you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare domain for the HIMS product. Conduct presentations, demos, and product walkthroughs with prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers. Understand client needs and pain points; propose suitable product solutions. Travel to client locations as needed for meetings, demos, and relationship management. Work closely with internal product and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Represent the brand at events, expos, and trade shows when required. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools. Required Skills & Attributes: Energetic, proactive, and sporty personality with a go-getter” attitude. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Fluent in English and at least one local language. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Good attire sense and professional appearance . Ability to quickly understand client psychology and tailor the conversation accordingly. Basic understanding of HIMS systems or healthcare technology is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any strea. Prior experience in selling SaaS products or software solutions, preferably in the healthcare domain.
