Role Objectives Manage the existing sales pipeline while actively developing new business opportunities. Lead the creation of proposals and presentations for new business materials to foster partnerships and growth. Identify market trends and customer needs to build short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipelines aligned with targets. Develop strategies and positioning through analysis of new venture integration. Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic objectives. Motivate the team, track performance, and report key metrics. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy. Manage the proposal response process, including RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from multiple sources. Generate new leads, identify and engage decision-makers, screen business opportunities, select deals aligned with strategy, and manage pitch logistics. Develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales and business development strategies, processes, structure, and best practices across the company. Support deal structuring and pricing through business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals. Maintain and share professional knowledge via education, networking, events, and presentations. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. Proven track record in B2B sales and negotiation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with sales techniques and methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
