📌 Job Title: Office & Service Support Executive 📍 Location: Asia Dental – Delhi (Field Visits as Required) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time About Asia Dental:Asia Dental is a leading importer and supplier of dental laboratory equipment and consumables, serving clients all over India. With our head office in Delhi, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales service. Job Role Summary:We are looking for a responsible and energetic candidate who can manage both day-to-day office operations and post-installation service visits to customer sites. This is a hybrid role involving inventory handling, dispatch, and customer support after machine installation. Key Responsibilities:In-Office Tasks:Receive, unpack, and store imported goods in an organized manner. Maintain stock records and report low inventory. Pack goods properly and dispatch them using Porter or courier services. Clean and maintain the office and stock area. Make tea/coffee for staff and visitors. Purchase office essentials and stationery from nearby shops. Support the admin team with basic tasks. On-Site Service Tasks:Visit customer sites after machine installation. Clean and perform basic servicing of the machines. Explain daily usage and maintenance of consumables to customers. Collect service feedback and report major issues to the technical/admin team. Maintain service logs and provide timely support. Candidate Requirements:Minimum education: 10th pass and above. Must be physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork and lifting light goods. Basic communication skills in Hindi; English is a plus. Willingness to travel for service visits (mostly same-day, sometimes overnight). Honest, disciplined, and a quick learner.
