QUALIFICATION & REQUIRED SKILLS: Expert in MS Project (scheduling, resource leveling, critical path analysis). Good understanding of production planning/manufacturing processes. Ability to analyze data and create clear management reports. Strong communication skills to coordinate with shop-floor teams.
