Client Relationship Associate

As a Client Relationship Associate at the Rajouri Garden location, your role will involve conducting virtual meetings with inbound leads to understand their needs and presenting our products/services in a compelling and personalized manner. Building trust and rapport with potential clients, guiding leads through the decision-making process, and closing sales will be key responsibilities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using our CRM system, as well as collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize the lead journey. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual meetings with inbound leads via Google Meet to understand their needs. - Present our products/services in a compelling, personalized way. - Build trust and rapport with potential clients, answering questions and addressing concerns. - Guide leads through the decision-making process and close the sale. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using our CRM system. - Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize the lead journey to senior management. Qualifications: - Proven experience in digital marketing sales or a related role. - Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of industry and market trends. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven. - Strong networking skills to build professional relationships. - Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.,
