Client Relationship Associate

Role & responsibilities

Serve as a SPOC to service inquiries and fulfill client requests in a timely and proactive manner.

• Retain all the existing clients by upholding the highest standards of conduct and service.

• Achieve high client satisfaction scores and Net Promoter scores and improve them on a year-on-year basis.

• Maintain the incidences of client complaints to bare minimum and remediate complaints if any within the defined TAT.

• Support in preparing analysis/documentation for client meetings, performing research as necessary to ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately.

• Build awareness amongst clients on services offered by the firm.

• Transfer insights that aid the enhancement of client experience and internal efficiencies on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of experience in managing customer service within the wealth management or financial services industry
