Client Relationship Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate (CRA) to join our team at Leverage. In this role, you will help students’ applications from our partner organizations move smoothly from submission to getting their CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) and completing their enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

Submit Applications & Track Progress: Enter student applications and follow up until offer letters are received.Guide Students: Help students understand what they need to do to meet the offer conditions.Manage Post-Deposit Steps: Handle CAS Shield or similar enrolment tasks after students pay their deposit.CAS & Visa Support: Make sure students get their CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) and help them prepare for visa.Partner Communication: Maintain strong communication with partners to make collaborations operationally successful.

What You Bring

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected issues.Ability to work with processes and documentation.0–2 years experience: Strong willingness to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented; prior experience in client servicing, education operations, or related fields preferred.
