Client Relationship Associate

As a Client Relationship Associate (CRA) at Leverage, your role involves assisting students in smoothly transitioning from submitting their applications to receiving their CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) and completing their enrollment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Submit Applications & Track Progress: Enter student applications accurately and diligently follow up until offer letters are received. - Guide Students: Provide guidance to students on meeting offer conditions and understanding the necessary steps. - CAS & Visa Support: Ensure students obtain their CAS and assist them in preparing for their visa application. - Partner Communication: Maintain effective communication with partner organizations to ensure operational success of collaborations. In order to excel in this role, you are expected to possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Problem-solving mindset to address unexpected issues. - Proficiency in working with processes and documentation. - Minimum 2 years of experience, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and attention to detail. Previous experience in client servicing, education operations, or related fields is desirable.
