Client Relationship Associate

As a Client Relationship Executive, your role will involve nurturing relationships with existing clients and creating new placement opportunities for students. You will be responsible for: - Reconnecting and maintaining relationships with previous corporate clients. - Regularly following up with existing clients to understand their hiring needs. - Generating new client leads through outreach, networking, and marketing efforts. - Sharing student profiles and aligning them with client requirements. - Maintaining and updating a client relationship management (CRM) database. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's Degree in any stream preferred. - Experience in calling, tele-counseling, or coordination would be an added advantage. - Ability to multitask and effectively handle student queries. - Basic understanding of corporate and academic processes. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. - Ability to identify business opportunities and present student capabilities effectively. - Sales/Business Development mindset with a focus on client satisfaction. - Experience in CRM tools is a plus.
