The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record of driving sales, building and managing high-performance teams, and exceeding revenue targets. Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual meetings with inbound leads via Google Meet to understand their needs. • Present our products/services in a compelling, personalized way. • Build trust and rapport with potential clients, answering questions and addressing concerns. • Guide leads through the decision-making process and close the sale. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using our CRM system. • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize the lead journey. to senior management. Qualifications: • Proven experience in digital marketing sales or a related role. • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of industry and market trends. • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven. • Strong networking skills to build professional relationships. • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
