Job Description

As a Client Partner / Client Success Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, nurturing strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand client needs, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities. - Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients to drive revenue growth. - Increasing client engagement through regular interactions, meetings, and feedback sessions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborating with internal teams to align with client needs and meet performance metrics. - Working with technical teams to promptly resolve client issues and incidents, ensuring services are delivered as per agreed service definitions and SLAs. - Conducting thorough needs analysis to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements. To excel in this role, you should have: - 15 years of experience in the IT services sector, with at least 8 years of experience in managing BFSI clients. - Essential experience working in Global Capability Centers (GCCs). - Preferred experience in Enterprise SaaS solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
