Communication: Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (spoken & written). Certifications: Completion of IRDAI-mandated broker training & examination is preferred. Role & Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Leadership • Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with Vedant Finserv’s vision and client needs. • Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems and implementing event-driven architectures. • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and data analytics to enhance wealth management solutions. • Present technical roadmaps and project updates directly to the Founder. Product & Platform Development • Design and oversee the development of next-generation wealth management platforms, including: • Portfolio management & analytics • Financial planning tools • Client engagement solutions • Ensure seamless integration of third-party financial APIs, automation tools, and AI-driven insights. • Lead cloud-first and scalable technology solutions for secure, high-performance applications. Team Building & Leadership • Build and lead a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership. • Establish best practices for development, automation, and DevOps to ensure agility and efficiency. • Mentor and develop engineering talent while instilling a product-first mindset.
