Insurance Sales Specialist

As a Business Development Manager Insurance at Vedant Finserv, a high-growth, client-centric financial services firm, your role is crucial in expanding insurance solutions for HNIs and NRIs across life, health, and general insurance segments. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong institutional relationships, identify client protection gaps, and close high-quality insurance deals in a compliant and ethical manner. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a robust pipeline of insurance leads focusing on life and health insurance - Conduct need analysis, design insurance solutions, and pitch to prospects in various geographies - Maintain relationships with insurers, TPAs, underwriters, and service partners - Ensure 100% compliance with IRDAI and AMFI guidelines - Collaborate with the Client Partner and Financial Planning teams to integrate insurance into holistic plans - Track policy renewals, claims, servicing, and drive persistency metrics - Maintain MIS dashboards and prepare monthly business reports Qualifications: - Comfortable working in a performance-driven, ethical, client-first culture - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Finance/Insurance certifications preferred) - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in insurance sales through agency, broker, bankassurance, or IFA channels - Proven track record of closing complex cases - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Understanding of IRDAI regulations and various insurance products such as term, ULIP, annuity, and health indemnity Vedant Finserv is a boutique financial services firm with over 400 Cr AUM, focused on providing exceptional client service and recognized with the AMFI award.,
