Insurance Specialist

As a Business Development Manager - Insurance at Vedant Finserv, a high-growth, client-centric, AMFI-awarded boutique financial services firm with 400+ Cr AUM, your role will involve leading the insurance vertical. You will play a crucial part in expanding insurance solutions for HNIs and NRIs, covering life, health, and general insurance. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong institutional relationships, identify client protection gaps, and close high-quality insurance deals in a compliant and ethical manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage a robust pipeline of insurance leads focusing on life and health insurance - Conduct need analysis, design insurance solutions, and pitch to prospects across different geographies - Maintain relationships with insurers, TPAs, underwriters, and service partners - Ensure 100% compliance with IRDAI and AMFI guidelines - Collaborate with the Client Partner and Financial Planning teams to integrate insurance into holistic plans - Track policy renewals, claims, servicing, and drive persistency metrics - Maintain MIS dashboards and prepare monthly business reports **Qualifications:** - Comfortable working in a performance-driven, ethical, client-first culture - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Finance/Insurance certifications preferred) - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in insurance sales (agency/broker/bankassurance/IFA channels) - Proven track record of closing complex cases - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Understanding of IRDAI regulations and insurance products (term, ULIP, annuity, health indemnity, etc.),
