Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist with a strong background in working with US-based insurance companies, particularly in Home Insurance, Commercial Auto/Truck Insurance, and related. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in underwriting support, policy servicing, quoting, claims assistance, or customer communication for US insurance processes. The candidate must be comfortable working in the US shift and should be located in or near Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processes for Homeowners Insurance, Truck/Commercial Auto Insurance, and other Personal & Commercial P&C lines.
• Work with US insurance carriers, agencies, and brokers for quoting, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy updates.
• Review and analyze insurance documents such as loss runs, COIs, coverage forms, and underwriting requirements.
• Support agents/agencies in pre-underwriting, risk assessment, and documentation verification.
• Assist in claims-related documentation and communication (if required).
• Communicate professionally with US clients via email, phone, or CRM systems.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with US insurance standards and company workflows.
• Prepare reports, update CRM systems, and ensure timely task completion.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with US insurance processes (Homeowners, Truck/Commercial Auto, or other P&C insurance lines).
• Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, policy structures, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience working with US agencies or carriers is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with insurance tools/CRMs (AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, NowCerts, EZLynx, etc.) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in night/US shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
