Role Overview: As an Insurance Specialist at Aarthiq, you will be responsible for managing insurance-related tasks for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Your role will be crucial in evaluating insurance needs, recommending suitable products, and providing excellent customer service to clients. You will also be expected to maintain strong client relationships, liaise with insurance providers, and stay updated on industry standards and financial trends to ensure optimal client satisfaction and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate insurance needs of clients and recommend suitable insurance products - Assist clients throughout the insurance process and provide excellent customer service - Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with insurance providers - Stay updated on industry standards and financial trends to offer informed guidance - Manage multiple client portfolios effectively with attention to detail Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage with a strong understanding of industry standards and products - Knowledge of Finance and its implications in risk and wealth management - Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Organizational skills with attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred - Proven experience in insurance or financial services will be an added advantage,
