Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Specialist, located in Patna. The Insurance Specialist will manage insurance-related tasks, including evaluating insurance needs, recommending suitable products, and assisting clients throughout the insurance process. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong client relationships, liaising with insurance providers, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will stay updated on industry standards and financial trends to offer informed guidance and ensure optimal client satisfaction and risk management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage with a strong understanding of industry standards and products
• Knowledge of Finance and its implications in risk and wealth management
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Proven experience in insurance or financial services will be an added advantage
