Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Client Partner to join our Noida office. This role will focus on business development, client acquisition, and account management with multinational companies hiring for global locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong connections within MNCs and a proven track record of building staffing/recruitment partnerships internationally. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition ● Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (MNCs, large enterprises, and global companies). ● Leverage network and market intelligence to generate new business opportunities across geographies. ● Develop customized proposals and negotiate commercial agreements. 2. Client Relationship Management ● Act as the key liaison for global clients, building long-term, trusted partnerships. ● Understand workforce planning needs and propose suitable hiring solutions ● Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular reviews. 3. Account Growth & Delivery Oversight ● Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of mandates. ● Expand accounts by cross-selling and upselling recruitment solutions. ● Track client performance metrics and drive retention. Qualifications & Experience ● 8+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting with focus on enterprise accounts. ● Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management. ● Strong decision-maker network within MNCs (CHROs, TA Heads, Procurement Leaders). ● Exposure to international hiring markets (USA, UK, UAE, APAC, Africa) strongly preferred. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ● Based in or willing to relocate to Noida, Sector 2. Preferred Attributes ● Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset. ● Ability to work with cross-border teams and diverse client cultures. ● Strong business acumen with consultative selling approach. ● Prior experience in Human Resources, executive search, RPO, or staffing solutions is a strong plus.
