  • Manage inbound & outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Handle client onboarding & coordination from first contact to long-term relationship.

  • Support in event management (workshops, seminars, conclaves).
  • Maintain and optimize contacts database & CRM systems.
  • Provide real-time client support and ensure a world-class experience.
