Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Understand client needs and provide timely solutions and assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collect client feedback and contribute to improving overall satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus.
