Job Description

We are looking for Full cycle outbound acquisition for US based IT consulting and staffing accounts. Independent generation of net new clients for Blue Rock without inbound dependence.


Core responsibilities

  • Lead generation through targeted list building using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay equivalents.
  • Outbound sequencing through email, calls, LinkedIn messages, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Daily cold calling into procurement, vendor management, technology managers, and midmarket executives in the US.
  • Qualification of prospects through structured discovery, needs assessment, and documentation of requirements.
  • Pipeline creation, tracking, and progression using CRM with weekly reporting on volume, conversions, and revenue projections.
  • Coordination of introductory meetings between Blue Rock leadership and qualified prospects.
  • Preparation of capability briefs, pitch decks, and tailored outreach language aligned to data governance, IT services, and staffing models.
  • Support in rate negotiation, MSA initiation, vendor registration steps, and early stage onboarding coordination.
  • Maintenance of a clean database of leads, accounts, activities, and follow ups.
  • Consistent EST overlap for outreach windows, meetings, and daily reporting.

Required experience

  • Minimum five years in outbound heavy B2B sales, SDR (Sales Development Representative) or BDR (Business Development Representative) roles with documented results.
  • Hands on cold calling with daily volume experience.
  • Ability to run the entire cycle from list building to booking meetings and supporting closures.
  • Prior work selling IT consulting, staffing, or technical services to US clients preferred.
  • Proficiency with Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • CRM discipline with measurable performance indicators.
  • Strong written and spoken English with clarity suitable for US market outreach.
  • Capability to work independently without scripts or preset lists.

Performance expectations

  • Minimum outreach volume per day across all channels.
  • Weekly targets for qualified meetings booked.
  • Clean pipeline hygiene and metric reporting.
  • Consistent progression of opportunities toward contract discussions.
