Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and regularly follow up on assigned leads.
• Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Generate revenue through cold calling, product demos, and consistent follow-ups.
• Deliver engaging product demos/presentations online and occasionally in person if required.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research on various CRM software to better position Leadrat for diverse client requirements.
• Clearly explain our SaaS product and suggest the right solutions to potential customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience using CRM platforms.
• B2B sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
