Client Acquisition Executive

You will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients and sending them quotations via email. It is essential to have fluency in English and strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing client follow-up through phone, chat, and emails. - Handling inbound and outbound calls. - Achieving sales targets. - Coordinating among various departments. - Conducting preliminary research on data. - Having experience in chat processes is an added advantage. - Knowledge of Hindi and Bengali is also an added advantage.
