We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where our employees thrive and make a significant impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert them into qualified leads. - Thoroughly understand all Arihant Capital's products, services, pricing, and effectively communicate the right product to clients. - Ensure prospects understand how our services can benefit them. - Develop and maintain an active pipeline to achieve sales targets. Create and manage a database and tracking system for the sales channel. - Update all client activities on our client relationship management (CRM) systems. - Schedule client appointments with Relationship Managers. - Follow up with generated leads. - Maintain daily MIS reports of calling activities. - Pitch products to prospective clients and facilitate closures. - Establish healthy and long-term relationships with clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products and services. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in financial products selling. - Graduate with excellent communication skills. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. - Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and scheduling appointments. - Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.,
