You are invited to join Leadrat, the flagship SaaS product of Dhinwa Solutions Private Limited, a rapidly growing company in the global real estate domain. Leadrat has revolutionized the industry with its intelligence-driven CRM solutions that streamline lead management, property listings, team collaboration, task tracking, and more within a short span of 22 months. With offices in Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram, and Dubai, a dedicated team of 100+ professionals, and a client base of over 800 B2B clients, we are on a trajectory of aggressive growth. As part of our expansion plan, we are set to venture into two additional countries and five more Indian cities by the end of 2025. **Role Overview:** As a Client Acquisition Executive, your primary responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls and maintaining regular follow-ups on assigned leads. - Establishing robust relationships with prospects by understanding their requirements and proposing appropriate solutions. - Generating revenue through cold calling, conducting product demos, and ensuring consistent follow-ups. - Delivering engaging product demos/presentations online and occasionally in person as needed. - Meeting and surpassing monthly/quarterly targets. - Conducting market research on various CRM software to strategically position Leadrat for diverse client needs. - Clearly articulating the features of our SaaS product and recommending suitable solutions to potential customers. - Addressing customer queries promptly and resolving issues effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls and regularly follow up on assigned leads. - Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. - Generate revenue through cold calling, product demos, and consistent follow-ups. - Deliver engaging product demos/presentations online and occasionally in person if required. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets. - Conduct market research on various CRM software to better position Leadrat for diverse client requirements. - Clearly explain our SaaS product and suggest the right solutions to potential customers. - Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in using CRM platforms. - B2B sales experience is highly preferred. - Strong communication and persuasive skills. - Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.,
